MAP-FGM/C video has been launched at our III International Seminar in Lisbon on 29th September 2017, on the eve of the European Night of Researchers. This creative video is made with the technics of a shadow theatre and was produced by a young team of artists on the basis of a script drafted by the members of the project.
This short spot is aimed at raising awareness of the need to insert FGM/C in academic curricula of future doctors, nurses, lawyers, social workers, educators, journalists, gender experts, volunteers, anthropologists, etc. to prevent and protect women and girls with FGM or at risk in European countries.
It is available with subtitles in English, Spanish, Catalan, Portuguese, Dutch/Netherlands, and Italian (select your preferred language).
